The hike

The M³-Trail takes you on a tour of the Franco-German-Luxembourg cross-border region, with all its charm and special history.

A perfect blend of nature and culture. Exciting trails, stream valleys and exceptional natural areas offer nature fans a unique journey through the tri-border region.

The route passes through outstanding natural sites such as the Stromberg (Schengen & Contz-les-Bains), the Hammelsberg (Perl & Apach), the limestone meadows of Montenach and the quartzite outcrops at Sierck-les-Bains, some of which are classified as Nature Reserves and included in the European Natural 2000 network

The Museum of Europe in Schengen, the Château des Ducs de Lorraine in Sierck-les-Bains and the Chapelle de la Paix in Oberperl/Merschweiller will delight lovers of culture and history.
