Les Bois de Brussey

The hike

From the parking, leave the Maison de la Nature on your right, take the Rue du Moulin on your left. Once in the Rue de Marnay, turn right and after about 110 m, go up the Rue des Douves Terres on your left. Continue straight ahead until you reach the entrance to the Bois de Brussey and turn right into the wood. At the intersection, you arrive on the road that leads to Avrigney-Virey, turn left and continue straight on for 1.5 km. On your left, you will find 2 other paths, the path of Saint-Jacques de Compostelle and the mountain bike path Le Mont Varin (blue marker n°20). Follow them to the entrance of Marnay. In front of the fire department intervention center, turn left. You are on the old P.L.M. railroad, do not leave it, it leads you to your arrival point. Type of marking : ring / arrow / cross, blue.
